Order Process and Delivery Times
After we received your online order we may contact you if any questions from our side need to be clarified.
We aim to deliver your order in between 5 to 8 weeks after your order is confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, availability of materials, back-ordered inventory, factory slowing or overload, or other unforeseen problems.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale otherwise. It is important that you are sure of your decisions before you finalize your order. Once your order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
In case we are not able to fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately and send a refund.
We reserve the right to reject any order, at our discretion.
Your order will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post. Currently we only ship to addresses within Canada.
Inspection of Product, Freight Damage and Missing Parts
Upon receiving your order please inspect boxes carefully and alert the driver to any observed damage. If you find damaged boxes or items, please take pictures of the damage, as we will likely require them to process your claim.
Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery to report any damaged product or errors.
If any parts are missing from your order, including installation materials (screws and brackets), please contact us within 48 hours and we will help you to resolve the issue.
If you do not notify us within this 48 hour-period, we regard the order as completed. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
Occasionally products or colors are discontinued. Whenever we receive notice of discontinued items, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to change or cancel your order.
